Over the past 5 years, African Soul Tours and I, Christel Engelbrecht, have gone through a period of growth and transformation. This resulted in the recent birth of Soul Journey.

I am an individual and group facilitator, sharing the tools and experience gained on my Soul journey with you, my fellow travelers. I believe in the healing power of creativity and nature, as well as each individuals own potential to heal themselves.

My most precious experiences of the power of oneness and the divine, are in the realm of music, be it singing, playing an instrument or listening to music. I have been singing as long as I can remember, and have worked with music in various settings, such as: my years as a Montessori teacher, amateur stage performances, as a music teacher, in choirs, orchestras and bands. I am currently working with groups and individuals as a Guided Imagery and Music facilitator. My passion lies in devotional singing and chanting, as well as facilitating the shared joy of singing as a group.

The tools which I use:

  •   Music - Guided Imagery and music -GIM, singing workshops, teambuilding

  •  Numerology - individual, business and relationship consultations,
                            group workshops

  •  Art - colour dialogue, process art

  •  Nature - intuitive nature guiding, walks, meditations

  •  Travel - Soulful journeys across Southern Africa

These processes allow you to go on a journey of discovery into your own consciousness - unlocking your full human potential, spiritual and personal growth and fulfillment.

The joy of this journey, is that I continue to grow and learn from you, sharing your soul journey with me.

I have moved from Cape Town to Hartbeespoort recently, and am working at the Ha Phororo Youth retreat.

Ha Phororo lies at the foothills of the ancient Magaliesberg mountains, overlooking the picturesque Hartbeespoort dam. The name "Ha Phororo" - the place of the waterfall - communicates, the idea of a place of spiritual and physical nourishment and refreshment. It is a place of solitude and retreat, as well as sharing the company of like-minded people with a common wish to draw closer to the Source of all.

All are welcome to share this journey with us.
Come for the day or stay for a while.
